Perfection Nails & Hair

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my wife here and they had Horrible service!!! They tried to do her pedicure with a bucket of water while She sat in folding chair. They use out dated and old gel polish.she also had a cockroach crawl on her leg while having her nails dry. I am never returning to this establishment and I recommend none of you waste your time and money at this location.

Went here to get a full set on March 15th and by the 24th my nail broke and I had to go back for the lady to fix it. She had the nerve to have an attitude and tried to blame me for my nail breaking. I purchased gel polish which is 12 dollars extra because it supposedly lasts longer. It's now the 28th and the polish is peeling off already. I drove 10 miles from my house to go here and I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone if they want a lasting set of nails.

Terrible nail service. I went in to get acrylic nails in coffin style and the nail tech whose name is Nem was terrible and shaped my nails in various shapes, uneven, and he act like he didn't understand what I wanted yet I showed a picture. I went to this shop because my regular shop was closed down. I went made a complaint to the manager and he was rude. I will never go back. Terrible service and not very clean especially in the pandemic. The techs aren't wearing gloves nor using the hand sanitizer on their tables. You need to request they wear gloves.

It was soooooo convenient because it directly adjacent to my salon, and very reasonable prices for decent work, until one day I went in, and they used old nail polish which caused my nails to dry incorrectly, then they tried to avoid correcting a simple mistake(on their part):/ I'll take my biz elsewhere.

The people there are very friendly and the service is fast. I love my nails. The nail polish last longer then other places I’ve been to.
