I had Hagen. She was so sweet and easy to talk to. She is fairly new but I appreciated how approachable and inviting she was. However, when I voiced my concern about my hair not being done how I wanted/showed, she assured me my ends would be lighter before the wash and after the wash they were not. She first said during my wash that she could dye more of it, if it wasn’t like I wanted. Right after telling me this she leaves and comes back to say I would need to schedule to come back in 4 weeks if I wanted more done to my ends and that I would have to pay. I was not informed prior to my appointment that this would have to be done in sessions. They tell me this after my appointment. Picture is what I showed her but to leave my natural blonde hair color on top and to have my ends be a brighte

Jordan did the wedding make up on 10/10/2020 and it was AMAZING! Jordan and I go way back, but she knows I am always brutally honest! She was on time, and finished on time! I called in for a same day cut. I don't live in OK , and explained I needed it the same day. I was worked in immediately and my haircut was wonderful. I'll be back for more services.
