Hair Strategy

This was a bafflingly bad experience, as in I didn't know I could be so displeased with such a simple service. I requested only a shampoo and condition, no blowdry, which I was quoted $10 for over the phone. The salon is not as clean as I would have liked. The shampoo was not thorough at all, she was not even in the general vicinity of my roots. The condition was nice and thorough though. She does not take debit cards?? After I was done she told me next time would be $20 due to the length of my hair. As if I would pay $20 to have my hair barely touched in a dirty salon. The vibe was very much like I was standing in somebody's living room asking them to wash my hair instead of in a business charging me money. I will not be back.

My mom was in an accident and laid in the ICU for almost 2 weeks and her hair was super matted because of this. She is also a cancer survivor so she really didn’t want to have to lose more hair than necessary. Melaney, was so nice and understanding, she got the matting out and made my mom feel so much better about herself. She was so nice and the whole experience was great.

Thanks, Jaymie, for the hair cut! My hair feels (and looks) great! Everyone was kind and the stylists seem to know and have good relationships with repeat customers. They were happy to accommodate a family member that I brought with me. Appointment was easy to make. Slight funny smell that I couldn’t pinpoint, but otherwise seemed pretty clean. Well lit. Convenient location and parking. Did not accept card.

Great visit, clean quiet salon with small town feel. I can call and make an appt within a few days. Staff learns your preferences and knows just what you need.

Got my hair done today by Melanie. She did a cut bleach and color to correct my hair for me and it came out great. Reasonable pricing and great results. Will be going back!
