Not prepared at all. Had my friend standing outside since 10am in the cold and they’re ignoring her, because they’re expecting her to wait “20 minutes” for a hairstylist to show (she’s been there almost 30 minutes)They’ve also previously had attitude for having to cut her hair (curly hair) but that’s your job, don’t be a hairstylist if you don’t want to do it, please be better. Update: I’ve been on the phone with her the entire time and when she was finally let in they had an attitude saying they told her on the phone to wait “20 minutes” and told her to sit down while making a stank face. Be better and have some respect for your paying customers, this is atrocious.

Rosa is the BEST. La mejor! This became my new favorite beauty salon. It’s family owned and feels homey. The prices are also really good compared to other salons in the area. I’ve gotten my nails done here twice and for a picky customer, I have to say they’ve done a great job. Rosa really takes her time cleaning your nails/toenails. 3/13/21 I recently got my hair highlighted, trimmed, and blown out. I am so happy with my hair! Gracias Rosa! ♥️

If you are looking for an excellent blowout for your curly hair, Rosa is your person. It would be best if you got ready for a spa day because Carlos will clean your hair so profoundly and carefully that you will never want to go. They are happy and funny people. The prices are very reasonable for LES.

1 year later: Still the best salon in the area. They actually listen to you and let you know what kind of hair you have and what would and wouldn’t work well with it. I’ve gotten haircuts and blowouts and I always leave feeling like *that* girl :) My Spanish isn’t too good, but they didn’t make me feel judged at all. They speak English but I always feel self conscious about being Latina and being more fluent in English. Best haircut I ever got!

I love the vibe of this place. Small but comfortable and modern. Carlos washed my hair and just that was an amazing experience. It was like a massage for my skull and soul. I would return just for his 15 minute a spa treatment lol. My hair was then cut and styled by the owner I believe and it was fast but well done. Will recommend and return. Yoy can do you nails and extensions there too.
