Perfect Nails

Kathy is the best nail tech in town. I guarantee you will be pleased. She can do whatever you want. Under new owner. This is my nail tech so don’t go acting up with her. Respect the process. She is a good person.

Honestly, I didn't expect top quality as I decided to go here, but today I was more than disappointed, because tomorrow is birthday... I had pedicure wich was actually acceptable, but when manicure was done, I didn't pay much attention, felt like something not right but ignored at first. Lady who did the manicure told what was my total and ask for tips, I didn't want give, but just as a habit of being nice I gave $5. However, when I existed the building and sat in my car and saw my manicure at a day light, I got really upset: rough skin, undone cuticle and gel on my skin. Felt like my nails are painted without manicure at all! Very upset. I returned and tried to asked them to give at least $10 back or my tips at least, they said "No". I don't care much about such money, just wanted them to

Pedicure went ok… they don’t listen and ask you the same questions over and over again. Then time to get my manicure I asked for almond shape nails with a French tip style design the lady told me that the design would look better on coffin shape nails and don’t get almond but never informed me it would cost extra…. Then I asked for a second coat and the lady straight up told me “no it’s going to be ugly” then I asked for charms and that’s when she informed me my nails were already at 90 …. Never once did I wash my hands or have them Oiled after wards… you can see my real nails under the acrylic and overall I’m upset I paid this much for the basic most ugly nails … but I just won’t be back. 2/10 the massage chair was nice. Oh and this is 10 mins after getting them done. 🤣

I came here today to get 4 of my nails fixed after previously going to Expert Nails in Roseville and having a horrible experience. Perfect Nails was able to fix the 4 nails that looked horrible and ended up making them look really good. Everyone there was super friendly, I will have to come back next time :)

My nail artist was Tu She didn't listen to anything I said I told her that she needed to make my nails a little thicker because I work warehouse and she did the acrylic paper thin it lasted 5 days and then broke off.. She still insisted on making them thin because she thought they'd be prettier.. I'm the one paying for the nails not you you do how I want them. My pedicure was the only good thing there. I would like a refund but I doubt they do it
