Perfect Nails

I don’t do reviews often unless there’s something I really think needs to be known about a business. That being said, I’ve been going through a lot lately and I decided to have a little bit of a self-care day today. I recently started getting my nails done again, and have been looking for a forever nail salon. Today, I decided to try perfect nails because it’s literally like two minutes from my house. I pass it all the time and today I decided to hop in for a pedicure with gel and a full set with gel. This is the first nail salon I’ve ever been to that, I didn’t feel anxious. I genuinely felt relaxed. I love this place. They take their time and they are good at what they do. The lady who did my nails was not only unbelievably kind but so sweet and funny . Ive Been going here for over 20 years..... i love my nails! They do exactly what i ask for and they pay close attention to the work that they do. Perfectionist towards customer satisfaction for a Perfectionist customer

This was a horrible experience 😪. She cut too close to the skin multiple times. Told me you okay. Acted like I was overreacting . They told me they didn't like to waste water, so they did not start the pedicure process. Really rude. We changed our minds because of the rudeness. We were getting 3 manicures and 3 pedicures which changed to 1 manicure and 1 color change because of rudeness.

They were packed! But I was still seen quickly. My nail artist was a man. (He did introduce himself, can't remember his name. Sorry.) We had a pleasant conversation and he did awesome on my nail. Exactly what I wanted! Everyone there was very nice and it's a great atmosphere. I got a full set with designs, and it only cost $44. This picture is four days old, and they still look great.
