I had a terrible experience at Perfect Nails. I went in for a simple pedicure and it ended up being the worst one I’ve ever had. The technician Lisa cut my toenails way too short and even cut my skin, which was painful and started bleeding. It was very clear she was being careless. What made it worse is that the pedicure cost $50. When I told Lisa she cut my skin and that it hurt, she laughed instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, which was extremely unprofessional. She also didn’t even do a proper massage during the pedicure. She just quickly put oil on my legs and that was it. Emma then tried fixing them the best she could which I appreciated but for that price, you expect an actual pedicure experience, not rushed service and injuries. A basic pedicure should not leave you with cuts

I had my nails done a week ago and they’re already lifting. When I went back, Emma (who did the original set) refused to fix them without charging a fill in fee ($65) and said this was “completely normal.” Lifting this soon isn’t my typical experience, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and the response. If this is their “normal” i wouldn’t suggest anyone comes here.

Thi did my nail. There was a wait. Just after I arrived another person asked for Thi also. They had other manicurists. I met a customer and she let me take a picture of her nails. First come first serve This is a picture of my nails 4 days later

Always a pleasant experience. I love experimenting with new designs on my nails and my tech is always up for the challenge and is patient with me being indecisive lol most of all my brows are always a perfect 10!

Only the two males there do decent nails. I let the older lady do my overlay & she didn’t put any acrylic on the tips of nails so my nails starting breaking. She already put the wrong color on my nails, half polished them & i overlooked that but having my nails lasting only a week is horrible and never happened until I let that rude lady touch my nails. Went back and she was very rude when I explained to her. I told her I want a cut down and color change. She says I only need to fix the two nails. No ma’am, have two nails that are way shorter than the rest. She tried to push me off on another worker who I could tell was mad at her by the way she was talking. The second worker said she didn’t know if she could help me. Male employee just tells me to sit down! I have never been treated this
