Choosing TLC Massage - by appointment only

This is Janice, I’m logged into Google using my husband’s account. I started going to Sandra weekly last September because I was tired of living in pain. I have scoliosis, and have a metal rod along my spine from surgery to improve it when I was a teen. I have arthritis and am also a breast cancer survivor, taking an aromatase inhibitor to reduce the risk of a reoccurrence. All this gave me terrible joint pain and stiffness. Sandra asked about my history and symptoms and recommended a specific type of weekly massage. She also gave me some simple exercises to do on my own. I have gone from using over the counter pain relievers (prescription pain meds made me nauseous) and arthritis cream daily to not using them at all for the last 3 months. Had my 1st appointment today, it was great! I tried the foot therapy, sauna and massage addressing chronic back pain, discomfort in my back, neck and shoulder as well as my lower extremities. My muscles are very tight and I’m trying to get my feet back on track hopefully Sanda will be able to help me. She’s amazing, I recommend her for those who wanted to get a relaxing experience.

Sandra is truly remarkable at what she does! I have spent a ton of money for years now, trying to find a masseuse that actually knows how to get rid of my deep knots in my neck and shoulders. I booked 4 massages - one a week for four weeks. I have had 3 far. My first appointment, I was so tensed up and sore, that I was limping, struggling with stairs, and had to grab the wall or table to get up from a seated position in a chair.
