I’m so grateful for Perfect Nails. Excellent service people friendly. I went to this location because they have two of the best nail tech’s in the south suburbs. Ask for Kathy or Danny they are husband and wife that I followed from one shop to another. Kathy is the new owner and I have been getting my nails done with them both for the last five years and I appreciate there work and gentle care. Very professional wonderful customer service.

First time going to this salon, went in for a full set! Less than 48 hours later, I had 2/3 pop off. I call and returned to get them fixed, less than 24 hours later I had another one pop off and one lifting. After already having them fixed once, I called and asked about a partial refund at minimum and the lady told me they don’t do that. During my first appointment, I was told the previous owners were supposed to stay with them for two weeks but left after two days. I noticed most of their clients complaining their foot baths being too hot and during my appointment at the bottom of the acrylic jar was a different type of acrylic. Seems to me that the previous owners left them with a half functioning store and bad equipment. After paying $60 (not including tip) for my set to not even stay o
