beem® Light Sauna - Frankfort

Highly recommend Beem for both red light therapies as well as infrared sauna. This has helped me tremendously with my pain management, inflammation and healing after my spine surgery. My best friend also joined after trying a session one time. Amazing staff, service and sanitation. Keep up the great work.

My sisters and I had a great first experience at Beem. Bill, the store owner, was incredibly helpful and thorough before our first session. He took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable and confident going in. The space was clean, welcoming, and very well run. You can tell Bill truly cares about his clients and their results. We’re excited to keep coming back and highly recommend Beem to anyone curious about red light therapy!

I heard about this place through a Facebook ad. This is where I ended up having my first ever experience with a sauna of any type. The heat inside the infrared sauna did feel strong at times, but overall, it felt like I was receiving a heated hug. I felt so at peace and I could tell when the sweating was kicking in. they even provide an iPad to watch Netflix or listen to a stress relief playlist on Spotify through. Will definitely be a return client and I will definitely consider one of their memberships once I get another job lined up.

My husband and I loved our visit to Beem Sauna! We did the red light bed and social sauna, and you can really tell how much thought they’ve put into every detail—from the calm atmosphere to the peppermint cool towels after. It was such a relaxing, rejuvenating experience and the perfect reset for both of us. We’ll definitely be back!
