I had such an amazing experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and very welcoming. The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was relaxed throughout the service. You can really tell they care about their clients and pay attention to every detail. The spa itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next appointment.

I’ve been coming here regularly for Hydrafacials and microneedling, and my skin has never looked better — it’s glowing, smoother, and so much healthier. The staff always explains each step and customizes the treatments for my skin type, which I really appreciate. I usually don’t post reviews , but felt like this place deserved one. I got my signature Hydrafacial done at Perfect MedSpa Roslyn and was beyond satisfied! Annette is amazing my skin was glowing immediately after the treatment ! This place is beautiful, and clean and staff is super friendly ! Definitely will come back and refer my friends and family!

I’ve been exceptionally happy with the treatments I’ve had at Perfect Med with Dr. Leo. I’m very particular about how my Botox is done and Dr Leo is able to give me the eyebrow lift and open-eyed look I had been searching for. After gaining confidence in his technique, I tried a series of Sculptra as well and I’ve been thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!!
