Stephanie is the best haircut ever personality she is an absolute pleasure and absolutely an asset to Ambiance . I highly recommend Ambiance to anyone. Nick the owner is a wonderful person front desk personal always a pleasure.

I was desperate. It’s Monday and I really need to have my hair done so I went online and googled and found ambience which is right near kitchen cabaret. I was right in the area. Laura took care of me and she did an amazing job. My hair looked super. Thank you so much Laura.

When I think of the word ambiance and a place of business I think of calming, soothing, relaxing. However that is not what I received here. I am nurse and I happen to visit this place because it was apart of a job assignment. I had to control myself from developing a panic attack. I debated if I should write a review but I honestly came home from work so upset that I decided to do so. I was treated less than none. Even when I ask the front desk a question regarding if the bottle at the desk was hand sanitizer she replied so snaringly and kept staring at me the whole time while I patiently waited for my client to get through with the appointment like I was some kind of freak show. I understood my audience. I was not welcomed there. I get it! I felt automatically judge despite wearing scrubs

Decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it was the worst blowout I ever had in my life. It was by a "junior stylist", so fairly cheap, $30. However, he used a metal brush and a fan with such high heat that it damaged ALL my hair. He literally burned off all my hair (and sadly ears). I've had good and bad blowouts before, but never one that burned my hair so darn bad. It will take months if not years to repair the damage. 2 stars because the shampoo lady was very nice.

I went here for a 4pm appointment arrived a bit early and got situated right away. Had my hair washed and the lady was super nice. The front desk as well was nice, but only the young lady spoke to me, the older lady kind of just stood there. I told the guy who was cutting my hair I use no products and that I have my bangs going to the left and that I wanted the sides and back cut short while the front was only a trim. My hair was pretty long at this point as a guy. He proceeds to cut it and I figured it wasn't too bad when I got out. I get home shower and let it dry. The outcome... Terrible. I'm glad it's even on the sides and back but the bangs are terrible. I feel like I look really terrible and I paid 55 for a guys haircut here and this is how they sent me off saying it looked great.
