Posted pictures under photos of horrible service by Haley! Do NOT go to Haley miller for blonde hightlights! I posted pictures in the photos you can look at. There is plenty more also. I went to her for 6 years but the past 2 years..she did a loyal client very dirty and messed up my hair! So Now, when I go to other stylist to get my hair fixed, I have so many calico colors within one strand that I have to do a blended style for now and it’s gonna be hard on my hair to get back where I want to, and I have to take time to get me back to the goal that I want to be at. I should have never been put in the situation! Crazy because what I wanted was the same thing every time and it was a SIMPLE hair style!! All I wanted was a golden blonde chunky highlight, But Haley would not use foils on me mo
