Perfect Eyebrows

**updating my review from 1 stars to 3 stars** I went back later and the shop was open. They did a great job with my eyebrows. She took her time and reshaped my SUPER THICK eyebrows. Still keeping it at 3 stars for the inconvenience of not being open when advertised open. Original review below. ——— Came here to the Woodbridge location next to David’s bridal at 1030am on a Sunday with minimal time to get my brows done while I had child care. However, they were closed with a sign saying will return at 1015 although it was 1030. Highly Disappointed as I didn’t have time to wait around for them to come back(if they ever were). I called multiple times and no answer. Please update your “open” times online so we’re not inconveniencing ourselves. This was poor service before even walking in the do

I’m a henna artist but u needed something to be done while I was on the road, I received henna here but the Henna was subpar. And rushed job. If you want detail henna with JAGUA ink please check out B threads. Was definitely not worth $20 for the design I asked for.

Whomever the lady that was working today at 5PM on 8/29/2022 is pretty rude. I’ve never had anyone start doing my eyebrows without first sanitizing their hands. Then she does my my brows so roughly and barely wipes them with witch hazel, just a quick pat. Seemed like she didn’t want to be at work or like she was annoyed. I’ve been coming here since 2017 and have never had a problem with the other ladies. However I will avoid the shop when I see the one that was working on this particular day. Very unprofessional

I pay $15 to look stupid. She took off the front of one of my eyebrows so now it goes from small to huge and one of them is bigger than the other even though I asked her to fix it. Never coming here again very disappointed and will not be recommending it to anyone. I wish I could get my $15 back because I look like a clown
