Perfect Arch Towson Mall 3rd level next to American Eagle (Eyebrow Threading)

Visit date: 02/07/26, around 4:00 PM. The technician left one eyebrow noticeably thinner than the other. When I pointed this out, she tried to fix it, but the result was worse. Despite this, I was still expected to leave a tip. I returned about an hour later and requested a more experienced technician to correct the issue. Initially, I was told the original technician had to fix it, which I declined. Eventually, the more experienced technician assisted, but hesitating. While the result was not perfect, it was at least acceptable. Please consider hiring more experienced staff or providing better training, especially for detailed services like eyebrow threading.

This place has been a staple for me for many many years since my twenties. I’m now in my 30’s. I wouldn’t count them out. But suggest you asking for them to sanitize their hands well before they work on you. Also the brush they brush your brows with was full of gunk like so notice me it should have never been used. She had no back up brush so I imagine it’s been used on every client they’ve had for god knows how long. This particular brow artist didn’t do a good job but there are others who do impeccable work.

Lovely experience and the best customer service! I had my daughters with me and they wanted to get their brows done as well. The stylist pretended to shape their brows as if she was doing mine. It was so cute and really made their day. That was so sweet of her to take the time to pamper my girls and “do” their brows. I’ve been going there for years, i’m definitely a forever customer now :)
