Went to a show at the Rock and Roll Marathin in Phoenix. She pulled me in. Insulted my hair extensions as well as my own hair color. Told me that my hair dresser was terrible and she was a professional as she continued to diss my hair. I told her I wasn’t able to afford them and she somehow dropped the price for me $1,000. When I told her no she was rude and went onto another lady insulting her hair as well. Her hair was not blended and felt terrible. I would not buy from her. I met Ella at the Surf City Marathon today after she approached me while I was trying to look at thr hair extensions they had on display. I met Osher at a conference. I had recently been thinking about getting extensions. She convinced me to buy and I am THRILLED! The hair color could not have matched better and it is easy to put in and take out. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Well worth the cost.

Purchased a hairpiece from Pergo Milano at the NYC IBS hair, She gave return instructions and I sent back never refunded. Bought March 4, 2018 Ms Osher and her sales rep worked on my co-worker and I and they both hustled and bullied her and I because my sales rep was going to charge me 270.00 until Ms. Osher came over and told her you can't do that because I'm charging her friend 400.00. So they started arguing. You can have for that price if you don't tell your friend. Ms Osher said it was going to come out of her sales reps pocket. I said just forget it 3 times, abort the transaction I said. I don't like confrontation and she bullied me until she talked me out of my last 100.00. Osher the “owner” lied and said this was real hair and charged over $1,400 for this miracle wire that was fried the very next day. She also stated it came with a life time guarantee but when I went to send it back I got blocked, hung up on and I’m stuck with something I can’t wear.
