Pepperell Nail and Spa

Went there to get a dip manicure done- the lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. So instead i asked for a gel manicure to make it easier and was told i could not do that. So instead of soaking my dip of she used the drill to take it off and left part of my old nail on. The lady told me I could only do a French dip manicure and did not even make the white lines curved or even. Let alone the fact that there was dirt in the dip powder which ended up on my nails. It got to the point where she had made my finger bleed and another lady whose name is Tina had to take over because she did not know what she was doing. And then to top it off I was charged full price for this which was 40$?! After this experience the nail tech Tina took over and was apologetic for how my nails had looked. I

I recently visited Pepperell Nail and Spa, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The environment was also excellent—clean, beautifully decorated, and relaxing. It was the perfect setting to unwind while getting my nails done. I left feeling pampered and completely satisfied with my manicure. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch nail salon experience!

Always get my nails done here, after I moved i drive an hour to come.

Jenny is awesome! She’s kind, always makes sure you like what she’s doing, and my nails after always look pretty. Depending on the day, it’s not easy to get a same day appt with her, so recommend calling ahead.

Very nice and clean place, but the bigger Spanish lady thought she could cut me 3 times, skimp on the massage and THEN talk about me in Spanish to her friend that also works there. She told her friend doing my service sucked, and I didn’t even do anything. I kinda just sat there awkwardly because I knew what she said. You shouldn’t assume someone does or doesn’t speak a certain language, or at least wait until your customer is out of the door before you start talking badly about them. Won’t be going back.
