Exotic Nail Salon Pepperell

I have been going to Exotic Nails for a long time now. Pedicure every now and then, maybe just a gel set. As of recently I’ve been getting my nails done by Tia, and she always does an awesome job! We started with dip and tips and she did great! Now just my natural nails and UV gel, and once again awesome job! I have also had no lift, or no nails falling off even after 2 months of not getting them done! If you want AMAZING nails every time definitely book with Tia! Red is dip! Purple french is UV gel, first photo when first done, and second about a month and a half later!

Donna was amazing. I walked in with no appointment, I asked for a full gel set. she took me right away. Donna was very thorough. She made sure to ask me if I liked the way my nails were coming out every step of the way. She was very friendly and personable. I will definitely be back to see her. She made me a regular on her list of clients.

I highly recommend if you are going here to go to not go to Tia. She did my eye lashes and not even a day there there was 2 massive gaps(supposed to last weeks). I kindly asked her to fill them back in because that is what I paid for and they fell out a day later. She told me she was going to charge me for her mistake. I told her that I shouldn’t have to pay twice and showed her my other experience there and she absolutely freaked out at me calling me all sorts of horrible names and making fun of my appearance. She is very unprofessional and does not deserve a job there. I called about it and Donna(the owner) no questions asked filled them in for free and even made them better. I LOVE this salon and everyone who works here! They are always so accommodating to both myself and my family. Tia has been doing my lashes for 2 years and they are amazing every time! Donna makes me love my nails every time she does them. I have never had a bad experience and I appreciate them very much. ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The space is clean, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Donna, the owner, is absolutely fantastic—skilled, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and really listens to what you want.
