Best place to get nails done. Everyone is patient and attentive and very kind! I couldn't be happier with the cute design I got this time but they always do a good job.

Should be zero stars. Bad experience from the first phone call until....well, looking at my nails, it's still bad. I told them when I called that I was very particular, and said I could go elsewhere if they were concerned about that. I have a wonderful technician at another shop but I forgot to make my appt. when I left 3 weeks ago and he stays booked for 2-3 weeks, back-to-back. He couldn't work me in, unfortunately. This shop is expensive and the technician took twice as long than the same type service elsewhere. Waste of time and money here. Expensive also. I'm more than happy to pay well for good service, and I didn't complain about the price but it was steep and if I paid by time it took, it was because she was slow and I'm not quite sure she knew what she was doing. I am a busy mom of two small children. Getting my nails done every few weeks has become my self care. Peony has a very relaxing atmosphere and lots of colors to choose from. Jennifer always does a fantastic job with my dip manicures. She takes her time to ensure my nails look great. She also always asks about my kids. :) Would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a lovely, calming mani or pedi experience!

This is a beautiful, clean, newly renovated nail spa that just opened with a new team in Fair City Mall shopping center (next to the ABC store). They have purchased top of the line pedicure massage chairs and manicure stations and their selection of SNS is some of the best in Fairfax! My SNS was done by Vincent, who I’ve been seeing for years, whose work is immaculate and lasts longer than anyone else I’ve ever seen. He’s trained everyone in this spa and you can’t go wrong!

Not a spa experience, left more stressed than I came in. My biggest issue is that the colors for the SNS/dip manicure do not match what they actually are. I picked pink and ended up with red nails. After my dip manicure was done, the tech did a wax treatment, which ended up marking the nail and she didn’t fix it so I’m left with marks. The staff was unfriendly and not warm, almost rude (except for the pedicure lady). Would not go back or recommend at all.
