Penton House Salon & Day Spa

My hairdresser was really nice and knows more about my hair than I do! Everyone was really sweet too.

The hair stylists took their time with us and we are grateful to have them cut our two daughters hair, one of our kids cried the entire time while the other was as cool as a cucumber. Thank you for the patience with our kids as we know it’s not an easy task.

I've lived in Jay, FL for 8 years now and needed an emergency trim so I called the Penton House after seeing their hours of operation. No one was able to see me Tuesday night but I did get an appointment the next day with Addison. She did an excellent job cutting my hair for the 1st time! I was very impressed as she very intently listened to my concerns, likes and dislikes and problems concerning hair. As she listened, she came up with a game plan and gave a great cut! It was my 1st time at Penton House and when manager at check-out heard this, I was given a small gift bag and tour of all that Penton has to offer. Very impressed with their business concept and atmosphere. Have already set up my next hair appointment with Addison. Thanks for a wonderful cut and experience!!!

Sarah was excellent. She took the time to listen, ask questions and really understand what I'm looking for and possible future ideas. The atmosphere of Penton House was welcoming. Maybe better signage as to which door to enter and where to check-in. Overall very positive and can't wait to come back. Loved the booking online feature and being able to read about the stylists to see who may be a good fit for what I was looking for.

Christa was amazing. She listened to me and went above and beyond to correct my color. I am back to feeling like myself and I'm so grateful for her and for Penton House.
