My first order arrived broken and ruined the rest of the items in the shipment. Customer service reshipped it and assured me it would arrive before Christmas. Instead, it didn’t arrive until December 29th—and it was damaged again. Now they are refusing to reship or make it right. I’m out two orders, the gifts I needed, and have dealt with a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. I shop at this store weekly, but after this experience, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

Absolutely love the workers here always have a smile on their face.

Staff was really helpful. My daughter and I were shopping the semi annual sale last week and couldn't find a few things. The staff went above and beyond to find us similar products. The line was getting long so the store manger hopped on another register to help get us out of there. All in all it was a great experience.

I went to the BBW in Pace ,FL 12/29/25 . My daughter and I were returning a 20$ gift set. The employee returned the item and gave us a gift card. My daughter looked around and found a bottle of spray. We then proceeded to check out with the gift card they had just given us. The cashier told me she couldn't peel off the PIN I had to , so I did but if peel off the whole number and made the gift card no good. A couple other employees explained the gift cards were an issue and that's why they can't peel them off for the customer. So one employee tried to get customer service was on the phone 15 mins . I had other things to do so I ask could I just exchange the items or get my item back . They went and got a manager. Her name was Amber. Amber was the most rude and inconsiderate person. She

Clean and neat store. This store opened in April but I haven’t got time to go in until today. I was super excited to know there was another store beside the Pensacola store. This is a big store but is not crowded, at all. PERFECT!! The selection was okay. I was able to grab a few things. They had Hibiscus Paradise EDP at 75% off! Such a steal. The ladies were friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back in a day or two. Because you know, SAS time: the more frequently you visit, the better chance for you to snatch great deals.
