I love going there it's the only beauty outlet Store I go to they will fine what you need if you can't find it and they are just good people you can't take your frustration out on them because someone outside made you mad it's not bam it's the people outside of their business that's all I can say about that part but stuff like that is everywhere everyone have a good day I will continue to shop there as long as they continue to be there. If I could give this place 0 I would. I go on here every once in awhile and never had an experience but I recently bought a default eyeliner. Brought it in the next day and the lady remembered me. If I had a receipt I would of brought it but I didn't. But only did she rub the liner on her hands to see if it was in fact dry but proceeded to tell me I couldn't exchange. In most business you need a receipt but I DIDN'T GET ONE so how is that fair? It was a 2-3$ liner but some of us don't have have luxury to have money to repurchase. So rudely they told me to get out instead of just exchange the liner which in my opinion being a business owner myself would of sufficed. Never had I been in such a Terrible business practice unprofessional and just rude! It would have been nothing to just exchang

Everything in Baltimore City was closed on a Sunday. Penn Beauty was open for business until 4pm. The store was clean and well stocked. Prices was affordable!!!

I like them better than the one next door , they are always so kind . It’s a lot to deal with down in that area so I commend them for being patient . I’ve never had any issues .
