Pelham Barber Shop

The people are nice, but this is definitely in the top 2 worse haircuts I’ve had in my 43 years on Earth and I grew up going to Barber colleges in Center Point and Roebuck because we were poor. I am literally embarrassed to go out in public because my hair is cut that bad. The only other contender was at the Paul Mitchell school in Hoover. Either they don’t know how to really cut hair or just plain don’t care. I always get a 2 on the sides close to the top of my head, then they fade the top into the sides, but……….

Went here for haircuts when I was growing up. For a number of years a friend cut my hair but for various reasons I've started going back here for haircuts. Can say enough about them...do a great job cutting your hair and close knit family oriented business that treats you like family. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are from Tampa Bay and during the summer/fall we travel in an RV. We were staying in the South Birmingham RV Park and I was in dire need of a haircut. If you’re in need of the same do not hesitate to stop in at The Pelham Barber Shop! The ladies are super friendly and professional. Kirby cut my hair 💇‍♂️ and she did an excellent job. Don’t forget to pet Oakley, the chocolate lab!

I took a 5yo with me to get our hair cut and the ladies were patient with him and made sure his hair was exactly like I wanted. My shape up and beard trim were great as well. This is a great barber shop.
