This is not her actual location. My sister tried to schedule with her and she never showed up and directed her to some place in Hoover Alabama. She said nasty things about my sister giving her attitude and said she was lying about the appointment. I then went ahead to have multiple services done. She was told to dist my ends cit off a good 6 inches. She was supposed to do y roots and she dyed my face. I was obviously upset for logical reasons. I asked her to pay her a number of time and she just kept going on and on instead of letting me pay her. She then states I have cameras. Who cares? You dyed my skin. These last two vists were terrible. First, I want you to know these visits were after my first visit being amazing with Employee A. Employee A was sweet and kind with great customer service. But, this review in reference to Employee B. Employee B strongly dislike when customers use Groupon. At the beginning of each appointment, I showed the Groupon. I received very nasty looks, smacking of the mouth, and talking to reinforced that it is the same price which was not the case for me. Today’s visit was the worst. I purchased a Groupon for individual lashes and under arm wax. We started with the under arm wax. I got a lash lift and tint with Jay today! Great experience! She is very sweet and did a wonderful job! There was no stinging when removing the lifting/tinting serums. The lashes look wonderful, too! Her salon has quite a few services and I plan to try a few of them out!! I had a Groupon, but the regular prices are VERY reasonable, too!

Sha was amazing! She is friendly and knowledgeable. She got my brows all cleaned up. Walked in and was treated so kindly. Go see her!
