I got a refill acrylic and gel with design and I personally thought it was an excessive price. Within 9 days, (1.5 week) three of my nails chipped and I do not work a job that is harsh on my hands or nails. I would not recommend this nail salon at all, even though the workers were very nice.

The worst experience I ever had in a nail shop in my LIFE! I went to get a pedicure! Paid $55 and a $5 tip at 10am Monday morning! Tuesday morning (the next day ) at 10Am all of my gel polish was OFF my toenails! I immediately went back to Pearls & informed them-the lady at front said oh yeah other customers returned as well. The light for the gel nail was not Hot enough- we fix for you- I said well how do I know it won’t happen again if the light wasn’t hot enough? Why waste my time getting down again? She said no we use different light machine- I’m like ok- she never apologized for the inconvenience- I work a 12 hr job, my time is precious and so is my coins! She never ever apologized- and had an I don’t care attitude, later that day she texted a customer who is a friend of mine and talk

This place has excellent attention to detail when doing acrylic nails. The technicians really take their time making sure that each nail is even and perfectly shaped.

The young man did an excellent job!! I get my nails done with gel every two weeks. I rotate places depending on where my schedule takes me between 3 different places. Pearl nails does the best job, the pedicure was wonderful and my feet are extra soft!! Thanks young man

They always do an AMAZING job! I go every 2 weeks and they NEVER disappoint! They take their time and make sure you leave with perfect nails!
