I have been going to The Salon for 10+ years. I have had my hair colored, highlighted, lowlights, cut short, and grown out long. Amanda is my stylist, and she is top-notch. She is very professional. All the stylists that I have seen working there are top-notch. I know that if you are not 100% satisfied, they will correct it. I have never had to have anything corrected though. I have received so many compliments on my hair color. Amanda does a fabulous job! I highly recommend her work. The atmosphere in The Salon is calm and relaxing and everyone working there is very nice.

Went in today, February 14th, to have my hair and my 2 daughter's hair washed. Angie did mine and 1 daughter while Lynn did my other daughter. My socialite daughter LOVED talking with Lynn. Her hair looks amazing, and she got the sweetest little style done with ribbons. Likewise, my introvert child chatted away with Angie. Both of these ladies made my sweet, little Valentine's dates feel so special and look so great. Angie taught me how to style my fine-haired child's hair!! My hair feels great and looks great, but I'm always so impressed and touched when adults are SOOO kind to children! Went in as strangers, left feeling less like that! Thanks ladies. The appt. Took 2 weeks for me to get ,as I wanted the manager to cut and color my hair. Double color process. Highlights and lowlights using foil. As she was doing it, I noticed how slow she was going and she told me ,it had been awhile since she had done actual hair work. Well that made me nervous right off the bat, as I knew my hair being cut was next and all the layering I wanted done ,I wanted perfect. My hair is to my waste and I only wanted about 5 or 6 inches off in the back then frame my face angling downwards. Sorta like 80s cuts and layers. Sad to say , the color you could not even see a change unless you had a flashlight shone directly at your head. The cut was terribly wrong and uneven on the sides. She was not a talkative person, except for the phone calls every 15 minutes

Made an appointment for highlights three days from now. She said since I'm a new customer, they require me to pay half the cost of highlights today to reserve my appointment. This is a poor practice. I've never heard of a salon asking you to pay before you receive service. I walked out. There are plenty of nice places to go.
