Pearl Nails and Spa

Went in for an appointment Friday at 1 pm it was very busy. I did not get started until 140. I picked a white snow looking base color with a snowflake on one nail. Nails were done quickly and the technician moved to start another customer did not come to register my daughter paid and we left. Went i got in my vehicle I noticed how yellow the base color was. I called back Friday afternoon and told them the color was not what I picked and asked if they could fix it. I was told it was very busy but I could come back Monday to have it fixed at 10 am. I came back today and checked in again very busy when I was asked what was wrong I showed my yellow nails and the picture of the color card showing a white nail. I was told that there was nothing wrong and that was the color I picked it just shows

Beyond impressed with the entire Pearl Nails staff!! From the girls up front who offered beverages and just their warm personalities to the friendliness throughout the entire salon. The icing on the cake was Ly!! He is incredibly professional and a joy to talk to. I absolutely loved my nails, even though he was mildly disappointed I didn’t get yellow 😊Pearl Nails, best nail salon hands down. I think the owner should buy everyone ice cream today 😉

I have been going to this nail salon for years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience! The staff is very friendly and have always done an amazing job on my nails. I will always recommend this place to my friends and family, and they’ve always had a good experience too! They always keep it very clean and the staff is very helpful when you’re trying to decide between a color/design and they are very patient if you are struggling to decide. I always get my pedicure here, and they always do an amazing job with that as well! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but you have to understand how busy they are and be patient. Although they're always super apologetic and let me know beforehand that they’re running a little behind. Overall, I don’t write many reviews, but I’m always so impressed and

My favorite place to get my nails done! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and no matter who does my nails, they always turn out perfect! They're always up for any creative design I ask for, and they make sure everything is exactly how I want it.

I got sat with the owner of the shop. He was very rough on my hands, I get my nails done often but this time it actually hurt. Later that evening I got home and realised that the polish wasn't dry underneath and was starting to peel. I have wet, uncured polish under all my nails, no wonder my tech was bragging about how fast he was.
