PeakMD Health and Daybreak Recovery Spa

I went to Daybreak Wellness with a free introductory offer. Diane, the owner was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. She explained extensively each therapy the spa has to offer and then my healing journey began! I enjoyed each portion... the sauna with red light, the cold plunge (just do it!!), the vibroacoustic therapy, and finally the compression boots. I am looking forward to booking my next session! I feel very rejuvenated today!

We are so lucky so have such an amazing multi faceted healing center in Sisters. Not only is it great for locals but it holds many beneficial therapies for people just passing through. From ice baths, to light therapy, to IV therapy and SO much more. Highly recommend locals and people passing through to look into their services. My partner uses the ice baths regularly. We also get amazing massages there. I'm a snob too being a massage therapist myself. We used the red light therapy for our baby when she was born. We've heard IV therapy is great for a hangover.... haha Overall amazing place with NUMEROUS quality treatments.

Amazing space for anyone local to, or just visiting, Sisters. I used the infrared sauna and cold plunge and it was a great set up. Owner is absolutely lovely and has a great business going!

This wellness center is a gem! It's spacious and clean with a staff that is more than friendly; they're personable. Today I tried the vibroacoustic bed and the cryosauna: The vibroacoustic bed is incredibly relaxing as your entire body is vibrated in synch with binaural beats. I could have laid there forever; I can't recommend it enough. Then there's the cryosauna which I was initially terrified of being that I'm generally not a fan of the cold, but, intense cold therapy has numerous benefits. I won't lie; it was intense but thanks to the therapist Dana talking me through it, I made it out alive. Though it took a few minutes to recognize, I have to say my legs felt amazing afterwards.
