I am so glad I made my first appointment with Griff. I have had numerous massages in my lifetime and I can honestly say Griff is an A+++ massage therapist. He is a true professional. Griff listens to me and focuses the massage on the areas I feel need work. He also has an indepth knowledge of muscle anatomy and can feel what other muscles need attention. I leave my massage session feeling wonderful and relaxed.

Griff is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his practice. He’s easy to talk with and open to feedback. He was also incredibly professional. The massage was the best massage I have ever received and I have been to many masseuses including massages in Thailand and Bali where they are known for massage and healing. Griff focused on areas that have been bothering me and using multiple techniques was able to loosen my muscles and help my alignment. I recommend Griff as your next massage therapist for both his character and his skill.

Where to begin… As a runner and former triathlete, I have had ITband/hip issues for YEARS and have never found someone who can target the areas like Griff does. He is literally the best massage therapist I have ever had and I’ve had many in my 55 years. He listens, communicates, is very knowledgeable and professional. I can’t speak highly enough of him and his practice.

Griff is an excellent Massage Therapist, that is very thorough, and pays attention to detail. His space is clean, warm, and welcoming. He has a great intuitive touch. I would highly recommend Griff to anyone that needs bodywork. You won’t be disappointed!

Griff is amazing! I had my first massage with him after feeling like I had done everything to relieve some lower back pain I was having. He was able to identify a muscle that I didn't even know was contributing to my pain and helped me release it. For the first time in months I woke up with full mobility and no pain!
