I started coming to Jeffrey for a cranky shoulder that was not resolving with other treatments. I’ve had chronic tightness in my neck, trap, and shoulder on my right side for many years now all stemming from a snowboarding injury in my early 20s. After training in Muay Thai for about a year, my right shoulder was persistently achy, tight, clicking, and keeping me from sleeping well at night. I started seeing Jeffrey for one hour deep tissue massages solely focused on this area of my body. After about six sessions, my shoulder was completely resolved! In fact, I was doing so well, I just forgot to make my next appointment with him! I am not surprised by all the other 5 star reviews! I have always been picky about my massage therapist as I have experienced many in my life. Jeffrey is, hands down, one of the best I have experienced. I am currently navigating some medical issues that cause pretty severe chronic pain, so I was nervous to start doing massages again. However, Jeffrey has been wonderful at listening to my needs and helping manage my pain while I prepare for surgery--after a session with him I am pain free for the rest of the day/night + I notice my pain is a lot less intense in the days to follow! While I already have a vast pain management team (e.g., physical therapy, acupuncture), these sessions have demonstrated to be the best at helping keep my body propped up.
