I came in knowing I had some hip tightness, and she not only addressed everything I pointed out but also uncovered a connected area I hadn't even considered. She balanced targeted work with a thorough full-body massage, all within the hour. It's clear she really listens and tailors her approach to each person. I left having a better understanding of what's causing my hip tightness and feeling noticeably looser — in the best way. Already looking forward to coming back and seeing how things progress over time!
