I get my hair done every 2 months, I switch up in between with crochet braids and regular braids. I've been coming here off & on for years! In the past I left them for 2 years but last year I came back & gave them another chance. This past year I been dealing only with Peace and Love, But after this last visit I don't think I'll be coming back. I made an appointment for Friday January 30 2026 to get crochet braids. I was admitted into the hospital on January 22, 2026 I had a bad sickle cell crisis and I had to get 4 blood transfusions. I was discharged out of the hospital on Wednesday January 28 2026. My last visit with them was 2 months ago.I had gotten box braids and so I called them on Thursday to ask how much it would cost to take my braids out & they told me $60 so I decided to take

The whole environment was welcoming, positive, and full of good energy. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. I was recommended to come here after my beautician canceled. They take walk-ins. They were able to take care of me on the spot in getting Cornrows. Very grateful and definitely will come back. Especially since they take card and I'm not having to give cash like other supply stores. Very professional experience!

Very rude customer service. I called and asked one question (I was very respectful), was told “no” with a rude and nasty attitude, and then immediately/abruptly hung up on.
