Peace African Hair Braiding

I went to Peace African hair braiding last month. I wanted to get my hair done, in individuals. I always sported a short haircut which I loved , however decided I wanted to do away with the short haircut & get braids. I conducted an endless amount of research looking for a place to get my hair braided. I chose this establishment based on the great reviews!!!!. I absolutely loved my braids, & will be returning to get my hair done again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEACE AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING , To anyone with an interest in getting their hair braided. Equally as important, the ladies whom braided my hair were extremely nice !!!!

I had the BEST experience here. There was NO WAIT, here and her daughter have a great method, there was NO tension on my hair, which was a fear of mine, I had the knotless box braids( not too small or too thick) done. It wasn’t heavy hair she used, and did a phenomenal job. For someone who DOESN’T like to wait this was a great experience. I’ve spent more time in regular salons, it wasn’t crowded where some people over book and she took me as a walk in. I searched All day for a place that would be able to do what I needed. This was a GREAT PLACE. Get your hair done here you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! I will be a permanent customer

I’m so glad I took a chance. Them reviews scared me. A little unprofessional and disorganized because they are doing renovations on their actual shop. So your in a small studio. Girl didn’t give the color I asked for & I had to advise her of my length they heard me & executed my request but my Senegalese twist came out absolutely beautiful. The girl that barely speaks English did a great job. Flawless!! It’s not your typical braiding shop experience due to the Reno… but if you don’t care. Give this place a chance they do beautiful braids & they don’t hurt!!! Would recommend. I will go again

I went to go get my hair done a week ago. I paid $140 for my hair to get done. I was hesitant at first to come here of the mix reviews but I should have listened and never came here. Pros I had two people on my head and they finished fast. I didn't have pain from my scalp pulling Cons They didn't do the size I wanted in the picture but I didn't want to cause issues. *The worse part is that my hair didn't last week. Mind you it was 95 degrees plus; however, their braiding skills should have beat the heat. I won't return here. My hair looked nice when I left but it quickly turned out horrible. My hair came out from the braid and the front was slipping as if it's been in for months.

I called the day before, they told me to come at 8am the next day, I got there and a few people were there already, that's not a problem, however the problem was people that came after me hair got finished and left hours before I was done. I got medium size Senegalese twist. 8 hours I was in this shop. Fatima did my hair, before she finished my hair she started another client. The owner wanted to go home and had the nerve to ask Fatima if I could pay before my hair was completed (Absolutely Not). A young lady started cutting the stray away hair from my braids, while doing so she began eating sunflower seeds and texting I looked at her with such disgust, she quickly put her phone down, these so called professionals did not display professionalism at all. I will never return and I will neve
