Almost everyone there has done my nails at some point, very happy!! They are very personable and remember your name and what’s going on in your life.

My sisters and I came in for pedicures and we all agreed they were the best pedicures we’ve ever had! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the massage was incredible. Highly recommend!

Kim at royal nails in Payson is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever experienced! Not only is the salon so clean and well kept but it’s comfortable! Most nail salons have the tendency to make you feel uncomfortable or out of place but not this location! The entire staff is friendly, and welcoming! Kim has always done exactly what I’ve wanted and the way I’ve wanted it, she’s always confirmed my nails are the best of the best before leaving each and every time! Ten out of ten recommend getting your nails done at this location and if you haven’t already request Kim when you come!!!

I've been coming to Payson Royal Nails for over a year now and I've always had a positive experience and love my nails every time! Hoa is amazing and really cares about her clients and does everything she can to make them happy. She's patient and always goes along with my ideas! Highly recommend going here!

It was okay- paid $50 + tip for a basic gel pedicure. But the end result doesn’t look as professional as I’d hoped- small smudges around the edges. Polish isn’t super smooth, has thinner and thicker spots. I’ll go elsewhere in the future.
