Paul Mitchell The School Louisville

I went to the school last week and had my hair colored ( roots touched up) by Marcia. I was so nervous! I usually go to JCPenney, but thought I would give the school a try because of their great prices, and I wasn't disappointed! Marcia did a great job, was kind, took her time, gave great advice, and I love the conditioner she recommended! I will definitely be returning! And, I highly recommend! Thank you so much to the Paul Mitchell School and thank you Marcia!

This was a very horrible experience, silk press and my hair wasn't enough straight. I had to wash my own hair and had to tell the young lady that I still had shampoo in the back of my head. She must of asked another student to help her do my hair, they talking to each other with their eyes, and think that I didn't see them. When I left the school everyone is asking me did I really pay for my hair getting done. The instructor could tell that I wasn't happy with the service, not once offer me a discount.

This is a most positive review. I've been a hairdresser for 40 years and my daughter is now a student at Paul Mitchell. She chose this school after touring another school and knew this was her best choice.She has completed the basic course of working with mannequins and is now ready to work on the floor taking clients. Naturally, I wanted to be her first client.Shes a part time student and is there from 5 to 10 o'clock at night.I got there early and I had a chance to chat with her teachers.I could tell immediately that she was in a great learning environment. The covid guidelines were well in place. I highly recommend Paul Mitchell Fast forward. My daughter had a most positive experience. She is now a graduate She is so grateful for her experience.!!!

i got my hair done by nicole she was the most talkative person we had the best conversation. she was very gentle with me and made sure i liked everything! she took her time to do my hair didn’t rush through the process and told me everything we were doing. i had the best experience!

Jazzmyne was our hair dresser today and she was amazing! My mom went in today for a color and style and the result was exactly what she desired! She got her grey hairs dyed back to her natural hair color and got her hair straightened! Jazzmyne was very thorough with the process and wasn’t afraid to ask for help when necessary. She was also very friendly and overall professional!!
