Patsy Nails Spa

I started going to Patsy's almost 2 years ago & discovered the technician Shei who I loved the way he did my pedicures. However, in November 2025 I made an appointment with him and when I got there I sat for 20 minutes waiting while he was still working on the previous customer and the owner Patsy said the customer decided she wanted additional services while in the chair. I told her I had made the appointment 4 days in advance & that's who I wanted. I was then told basically I needed to be flexible and work with them. So I left, irritated, no pedicure & promised I would not be back. Then this week January 2026 I decided to give them another chance, made an appointment for today 1/23/26 with Shei, explained what happened previously and was assured he would be availabe. I am so happy that I found this salon. It is the best in the Inglewood/Ladera area! Excellent Customer Service, nice equipment and exquisite nails! 10 out of 10! I would tell you the name of my Nail Tech, but I don't want her to be too booked for me, lol! 😜 Enjoy!

OK, I really hate to rate this place two stars because they accommodated me very quickly and easy however, the lady who did my toes was absolute trash. And that’s putting it nicely. The color isn’t even even. She repeated the same step eight times and it hasn’t even been four hours yet and my left big toe paint is almost completely off and this is supposed to be gel. She also cut my big toe. My fingernails are stunning. It’s exactly what I asked for for Easter and the guy who did my nails was great but I was so upset about my pedicure service that I have to rate this two stars because they charged me $140. Unfortunately, I can’t go back and fix it as I was visiting LA and headed home to Florida tomorrow. I do think the store should compensate me via Venmo.

I have been to Patsy’s nails three times. The second time Lily did my nails, I asked for a purple hombre and she went above and beyond to make sure the nails were what I envisioned. The third time I visited which was yesterday, of course I booked with Lily and she did not disappoint! She delivered. I asked for a corset inspired nail with bows and jewels. She takes her time and I appreciate that she makes sure that I’m happy with each detail. She is truly talented and she is a good vibe. Book with her!

My first experience with Patsy’s Nails set the tone right away. I had an appointment with a specific nail tech, and when I arrived, she had clearly been overbooked. I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen. The nail tech kept apologizing, which honestly made me feel uncomfortable, because this was not her fault at all.
