First time coming here and I absolutely loved it!! Finally, a place I can trust that I’ll be relaxed while getting quality treatment. Mae was amazing and she took her time. It was such an awesome experience and will definitely be coming back. I definitely recommend this place.

I love this place so much, went here the first time today because of the reviews and they were right. May was the best. She literally took her time cleaning and nail prepping not like other nail techs. So clean, book your appointment now because they don’t do walk ins yet.

I have been a client at Pastel Nail for 15+ years. Jenny and Mei are by far the sweetest ladies in the nail salon business and take amazing care of each client. The salon is spotless, the pedicure massages are amazing, and the salon has such a relaxed vibe. You never feel rushed, and they’re great at suggesting different nail colors to their clients. They even showed me how to properly trim and care for my eyebrows in between waxing. They take the time to develop a relationship with each of their clients, and that says a lot. This salon is by appointment only, and with good reason. You never wait more than 5 minutes for your appointment (if that!), and they provide personal attention while you’re in their care. 10/10 experience, always!

Highly recommend! I came here after reading very positive reviews and I am extremely happy with the service I received here. I got a mani and a pedi and I was so pleasantly surprised by the time and detail they took with my appointment. They massaged my legs, feet and hands and it felt so relaxing! My nails are so clean and refreshed and the polish is very clean. The staff is very pleasant and just a heads up, they are 'appointment only' so be sure to book ahead! I'll definitely come back here.

After reading great reviews in a local FB group I am in, I decided to give this place a try and boy am I glad I did. Mei was excellent, patient and even explained the best way to get my eyebrows waxed. Since I was a first time client, her sister Jenny took the time to show me a few nail polish colors that would go with my skin color and shared with me that they usually like to know their customers taste. These ladies take their time and really make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Since this place is by appointment only, as soon as I walked in they were ready for me. So needless to say, I already booked my next appointment.
