Pastel Nail

The ladies who work here are good, but the lady in charge is beyond arrogant and rude. When she doesn’t want to hear what you request, she just repeats herself pretending she doesn’t understand what you are saying. Its happened on multiple occasions and I’ve waited until now to realize it’s just not because of a bad day. It’s really disappointing as this salon is in a small town. They would do so well if they just respected their clients!

I read a few mixed reviews before setting my first visit, which I was skeptical about, and I tried. It's refreshing to be in a place where you can truly be yourself without the weight of pretense that can sometimes feel overwhelming in other places. The staff takes pride in their work, which is something to appreciate, especially when you're looking for a place that values quality and caring service. The clean surroundings and the relaxing massage chairs provide a fantastic setting for a much-needed break. Many can relate to that initial skepticism when reading mixed reviews, but it's reassuring to know that giving it a chance can lead to a satisfying experience. I felt comfortable and grateful for their service, and I am planning to return.

Not sure if they paid to have these reviews done but honestly they were AWFUL. I gave one star for it being "clean". The main lady, Sue, she is so mean. She did my nails and kept yanking my hand. When I asked her to do something I think a growl came out of her mouth. Then she did my daughter's nails ..... yanked her hand and started yelling at her. This was last Friday.....needless to say BOTH our nails chipped, broke and fell off. There's a reason the place is NEVER CROWDED.

After experiencing many different nail salons, coming here I had my expectations low. Seeing as though I was always disappointed of the outcome at nail salons. Here, here I feel like their family. Not only are they amazing in nails, great priced but the owner Sue is just wonderful. She is always nice, always caters to the customer and she even gave me and my fiance gifts for Christmas. She always goes above and beyond . Highly recommend!!!

I have been coming here every two weeks for the past 4 years. Sue and her staff do a fantastic job! Their gel manicures last two weeks if not longer. Just this past week I went to Disney and asked for a design. Let me tell you I have been receiving so many compliments on my nails! I highly suggest this salon. Not only is the staff wonderful but it is a very clean environment. Prices and quality can not be beat!
