Hi Deanna, I appreciate you seeing me yesterday & trying to rectify the situation. However, I really need to let you know how I feel. When I came in, I showed you "wish" photos & ideas. I did request a money piece & mentioned I want a low maintenance style. I already had highlights & it didn't look bad I just wanted a newer look.
