We purchased and received a hot tub from this company around August or September 2025, just last year. When it was delivered, the company received the wrong top for the hot tub so they gave us a loaner until the correct one was received which we appreciated. It is now only two days before February, roughly 6 some months has passed, we still do not have the correct top to protect the hot tub. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. Via the phone or texting and being told it’s on its way or they mailed the wrong one so we have to get another one or it’s in the wrong color. The wrong color was delivered.
