I had an appointment on Saturday for a pedicure and manicure. The person doing my pedicure did not do any work on my feet other than polish. I was ticklish therefore no scrub or lotion were applied to my feet. My manicure was rushed, my cuticles were not even touched. Highly disappointed. I watched my daughter's pedicure/manicure and this was not the treatment I received. The appointment was under my daughter's name and not mine. 11/1/25 at 11:00am. There were 3 of us there. I am sure I reviewed the correct place.

I've came here only twice and jason always does a great job on my nails and makes sure it's to my liking! Thank you so much definitely worth the money!

Outdoor nail services! Yay! Here is my review 1. Appointment availability - Rate: 5 stars I contacted salon via Yelp’s Reserve Appointment tool and Passion Salon responded within 1 minute. 2. Quality of work (see the attached picture) - Rate 5 stars I was very impressed by the technician’s work. Quick & Clean 3. Pricing - Rate 5 stars They currently require a $20 deposit via Venmo, but it will go towards your final bill. There prices are reasonable. 4. Outdoor setup - Rate 5 stars considering it is 90+ degrees out the staff did a great job. Tent outside, 4 nail stations and 2 to 3 pedicure stations, still soak your feet just not with hot water. The cool temperature water was refreshing. 5. Safety and Sanitization - 5 stars - Plexiglas protectors, tools were sanitized, staff wear masks/gl

Decent finished product, the tech didn't do an amazing job...crooked as heck so I had to have him fix multiple nails more than once and then they tried to sneak an extra $8 charge for "fixing the shape" that the tech messed up himself! The woman who did the black tips at the end was sweet and fixed all the leftover junk the original tech had simply walked away from. 2 stars without the woman who came and fixed my nails
