Passion Nails and Spa

I must have had a new tech working on my nails. After 7 days my nails look like I’ve had the gel on for much longer. Initially the nails weren’t cleaned up properly and paint was lining my nail beds. The tech who took off my dip was a seasoned tech that seemed to be helping (in a rush) but no conversation was had with me about what was going on. I’ve been to passion nails many many times, most good experiences but this time totally missed the mark. There should have been someone checking the work at the least. My appointment to a bit longer than expected, so I just had to go and didn’t have time to sit and ask for it be be corrected. But, I also shouldn’t have to do that in the first place. Bummer.

I have been going to Kimchi for months and she always does amazing work. Just got my nails done for a wedding that I’m a bridesmaid in tomorrow and the nails she did for me are better than I could have asked for. Couldn’t recommend Passion Nails and Kimchi more!

Always super happy with my nails! I regularly see Sara and she takes great care of my nails. She pays attention to detail and I've never been disappointed. I was doing dip for a long time and just recently switched to builder gel & loving that. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. I'd highly recommend passion nails to anyone looking for a new spot!

Kate did an amazing job on my nails again today! She always takes her time and makes sure they are perfect before I leave. I’ve been getting my nails done for thirty years and she is the best nail technician I have ever had. Kate is also very kind and friendly. I really enjoy getting my nails done by Kate and i always leave very happy!
