I’ve been debating for 2 days now, I wanred to give benefit of the doubt and trust the process but it truly failed me :/ my nails length was not even and when I pointed it out they kept saying it’ll be filed after painting, it was not. Only shaped and the shaping didn’t match every finger. I had streaks, nails not fully painting, top coat wasn’t fully applied, I had SO MANY bubbles on multiples nails. There was also scratches on the polish because they filed after painting but didn’t do it properly to avoid this. They applied too much gel and it leaked under and over. One nail wasn’t even fully applied so that’s a literal risk of infection and fungus not to mention dermatitis or development of allergies. Didn’t fully prep my nails. OMGosh! I went here for the first time and from now on it’ll be the only place I’ll go. It was difficult to find thanks to WAZE, but if you can believe it Ana called me back to ask if I was lost and guided me in. I accidentally smudged the pinkie nail and she immediately repaired it without scolding me! The salon was clean and had a lovely aroma and calming music. I got a neck and hand massage all for only $20.00 plus tax. They allowed me to add the tip onto my credit card. Everyone in the salon was friendly including other clients. It made my day! I was tired of the expensive bad manicures in Sierra Madre!

The shaping is bad and they are super chunky, I’m disappointed because I’ve been there before never had complaints but this was 50 dollars for this😞😔I was way over charged!

They said walkins welcome online and when I came in they had a bunch of people standing around with one customer inside and they wanted me to come back later, If you're pressed for time, this is not the place to go. They just missed out on a $100 service.

The people who own and run this salon are friendly, reasonable and very good. They offer all the services you'd expect at a nail salon, including "deluxe" pedicures with lovely scrubs and lotions. They always remember me. What I like is that they respect each client. If you are talkative, they will engage with you. If you want to be quiet, they respect that intuitively. I've gone several times and always receive excellent care.
