The owner was very rude. I was looking for a few items, since I was passing through traveling. The owner watched every moved I made and then became very rude. I told my friend, to return the items back to the shelf and let’s leave. He proceeds to cuss at us and followed us out of the store. Then waited until we came out of Simply 10 and stared at us as we got back into the car. Then after we drove off, he darted back out of his business looking for us in the parking lot. That was very rude and uncalled for. As Africans, we are the reason why Korean owned businesses are still open. If you still any Animosity towards Africans shopping at your business, then close your doors. I will be reporting him.

Not sure of the name of the guy who was working but his attitude was extremely rude! All I wanted was some rubber bands which I was not spending $6 for, he got upset - spoke his language and turned his back to me. Worst customer service ever, I’d never spend a penny in here nor would I ever return!

0/5 costumer service, man was very unpleasant. no greeting, just an angry stare the whole time my friend and i shopped. my friend asked how much a product was and once he answered she changed her mind on it, he snatched it out her hand and made a rude face at us, so we walked out without wanting to buy anything anymore. will not return.

Walked into this store and the owner followed me around the whole time. It hurts when you are racially profiled. I'm a black female, employed, so don't have a reason to steal any thing from you. That was my last visit to Parks Beauty Supply Store. Praying for the owner. He needs it. Very disappointing service.

Soon as I walked in the store a customer was going off on the store owner. When I come in this store I make it very quick because he makes you feel like he wants you out the store. The woman that works sometimes is nicer but the man who owns it is rude and watches every step you take.
