Parklawn Office Building

Jana Webb literally sent me out confirmations all week about my appointment on Friday. I get there on Friday on time I walk into the building her office is completely closed. Mind you I also received more updates that morning for the appointment. I received no phone call telling me that it was canceled just text and emails telling me it was still there. Lack of customer service I see Even when you have health care patients nice.

My foot doctor is on the 4th floor, had not been a problem when the elevator worked. The elevator has been out of service since Spring 2021 ☹️. Additionally, there are no fire extinguishers in the cases! So, the building is no longer ADA-compliant as well as not up to fire safety code 😡.

Location is great next to hospital, building is well kept and cleaned inside outside is well maintained

Great doctor's office In this building. Family care at Parklawn. Dr. Peterson and Dr. Bowlware. Awesome staff and great care.

I would have gave this place a five star but they're elevators are down right now but they are working on them. But they have plenty of parking and easy access lots of handicap parking.
