B4 And After Massage Therapy/Personal Training

I saw Paulette today for a 60 min therapeutic massage, and she was fantastic. I have not had many massages to compare to, but this was easily the best I've received. Paulette took the time to listen to my issues, and clearly put some thought into the best way to help me. She was kind, professional, and her space was calm and comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have been seeing Paulette for massage and personal training for years. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Paulette is an athlete and understands the art and science of health and wellness. I have gone to her to be pampered with massage, and she has helped me through many injuries as well. As a personal trainer, she is sought out for her expertise. Athletes see her - as do the athletes to be (those starting from zero). She is honest and easy to work with. She is kind and realistic with your abilities. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone in the OKC Metro.

Iv never been anywhere that pays as much attention to what you specifically need then here I'm thoroughly impressed I've been going to physical therapy since I was 13 years old and I probably met about 20 different physical therapists and I've never felt this good and I've never meet anyone as knowledgeable. Amazing job! Can't wait to come back 🙂

Paulette is an amazing massage therapist. She's very skilled and I always feel refreshed after my massage.
