Parking - National Museum of the U.S. Air Force

A parking lot review? Does it really require its own entry? Let's see; massive parking lot with handicap up front, oversi,ed in the back and everyone else somewhere in between.

It’s amazing. The best aerospace museum I have ever visited. Complete one day is needed to cover it. Lots of verity of very old to modern aircraft’s are available here. B-2 bomber, F16 and the aircraft used for little boy and fat man are available here. Try the astronaut’s food on the food court.

There is plenty of parking for the museum in this huge lot, but it does get very busy here on weekends. Many times I have had to walk all the way from the back and it's a hike. Detouring through the memorial park makes it more pleasant and gets you out of the sun and traffic.

First visit. I came here to see the XB-70! NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Decades of seeing it in encyclopedias and videos does not match being in the same room! I loved it!!

Participating in the weekend fitness challenge for the month of January. The perk here is getting great cardio while enjoying the history of the Wright Brothers and the nostalgic fighter planes and so much more!
