Ben and all the other staff they do amazing job and they treated me like a queen very good service I love my nails they’re Harley Quinn themed

Decided to treat myself to a manicure and some gel polish. The service was OK, but my polish had micro bubbles in it and now I have tiny holes where there should be polish. My perception was also that my nail tech was very much not into doing nails.

WORST EXPERIENCE and ruined my nails. Beware of this businesses shady techniques and ethics!!!! *See updates and photos at the bottom* Stopped in to get my acrylics removed for work. Binh was my nail tech. He cut down the middle of the nail tip with clippers and used a steel painters knife to pry off the acrylics. I almost walked out after asking him to stop several times and told him that it hurt. I even asked if he can use a proper removal method. My nails are very peeled and broken now. I have never experienced such painful and improper removal technique as well as lack of care for the integrity of my nail health. UPDATE ***several hours later I’m so mad at myself for not getting up and walking out in the beginning. It’s been a few hours now and my nails have deeper colored areas

My daughter and I went Friday 2-6-2026 for a girls day. We got supposedly mani pedi and she wanted polka dots with white black and burgundy. During the pedis, I only got one foot finished the other foot was cut twice. Once we got to the manis mine was rushed and while the tech was using the dremel tool they drilled my pinky in a couple spots causing blood, and my pointer finger a few times. My daughter never got her mani just dipped. My daughter's easy polka dots which she brought a Pic, literally looks like she did it herself. At first the tech used a color that she had said no. She asked for burgundy they used bright red. $245 later and tears with an angry mom they half assed put a burgundy over the bright red so now her nails are very textured. Me and my two friends had a great experience, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Everyone is super friendly and the prices are great. (About $85 per person.) Very talented team. Big shoutout to Ben and the two other nail techs who unfortunately we did not get their names but they were absolutely amazing, they did a fabulous job definitely recommend.
