I've been a customer for over 15 years. NEVER had a poor experience or seen anyone in the salon that was unhappy with their services. My family now comes here. We see Terra, and she's completely gifted when it comes to highlights/lowlights. Thanks for all you do!

I have been going to this salon for 10+ years. I tried them when my office was super close to their location. My office moved further away but I will go nowhere else. I was very pleased with every stylist I tried there. I now use Missy and she always gives me a great cut, color (not always the same color - she changes it up) and style. I love the color every time and never feel the need to go home and "fix" my style! The salon atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. I recommend Missy and this salon always!

Terrible experience. We were there for 4+ hours and the girl added hair color 3 different times and it was a different color every time. She wanted a simple all over color and cut. It took nearly 2 hours to get the color in and 2-3 more for the rest of the service. She was told there was black in it and she did nothing to evenly pull the color out or lighten it. No hair cut was given because there was not enough time, they were closing. Now that the 3rd color that covered the mistakes has washed out, my daughter who is 16, has blonde/orange at the roots, dark black to brown, and a slight Red burgundy patched hair. Her hair is ruined. And we paid full price plus extra for the extra color and I tipped her for her time. I will never bring her here again, she is mixed and her texture is harder

So a little background, I have nerve damage in my face from a car accident. I was nervous to go to a salon and it had been 3 years since I had my hair done. My mom recommended Carol. What an absolute angel! Not only did my hair come out fabulous, she was so sweet and so gentle that it didn't hurt at all. She made the entire experience wonderful and I literally can't recommend her enough. I feel beautiful! She managed to do the perfect color for my hair and cut and style it just so perfect. My husband's jaw dropped when he seen me. I can't thank her enough.

The worst stylist I have ever had. Many issues, many times. I was given a number to contact the owner and have not heard back from her. This is not the first time I have spoke to someone about my stylist. I continue to be told "It's just her personality" Yesterday I was told by the stylist "I hope you find a salon that gives you what you desire"
