Paris Nail

I go to Anna who does acrylic here. She is the best acrylic nail artist I have ever had! She is super gentle and has never hurt me once, which has happened at so many nail salons I’ve been to. She takes her time and does a great shape and designs. She also really listens to you when you have an idea about something! She’s fun to talk to, and also very talented :)

Do not go here. I went here out of desperation and immediately regretted it. My dip came out horribly and now, 3 days later, it is lifting up and my hair is getting stuck. When I went to have it fixed she didn't want to do it and tried telling me it's normal. This place is a joke, do not bother going.

I used to love this place as a loyal customer until today. After waiting almost 30 minutes my daughter and I were told we cannot be seen because two women who walked in 20 minutes after us had appointments and we had to re schedule. Mind you this was still 20 minutes before they closed which should have meant all customers in the door prior to closing should have been served. My daughter who is 6 got in the car and cried.. I then made my way back into the salon and informed the owner we would never be back and her only response was to laugh. Worst customer service ever.
